Scaling Up in Tennessee

We’re excited to announce our latest commitment to scalability: The launch of Empyrean’s second Client Service Center, opening in La Vergne, Tennessee, near Nashville.

The need for knowledgeable and accessible benefits support is growing. At Empyrean, every client is assigned a US-based support team that learns the ins and outs of their individual benefits strategy. Clients and their employees are able to get the help they need, when they need it. This takes time, dedicated professionals…and to accommodate our expansion…more space!

Our Tennessee Service Center will be home to an additional 120 Empyrean team members, who’ll work alongside our Houston headquarters teams. Utilizing smart, seamless customer support technology, our Client Service professionals will provide personalized guidance and decision support, answer questions, and resolve issues quickly and completely.
