When you decide to make a change to your benefits administration solution, your new system implementation is the critical first step to your success. That’s why we strive to create the best experience possible for you, your team, and your benefit partners. Your ‘Day One’ team is named and integrated during the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from winning your business to earning your trust.
We take in all of your plan information and use it to create a Business Requirements Document (BRD), then review with you in a series of workshops.
There’s no coding required for our platform, and we’re able to apply the BRD directly into your instance. We will even own and manage all interface testing, including all vendor coordination.
Testing & Configuration
We like to measure twice, and cut once! Team members test data integrity at every step, there is a 100% audit of incoming data to requirements, and our acceptance testing includes 100% of the population.
This is a well-orchestrated event, planned months in advance, so there are no surprises at launch. You’ll be provided an HR Administrator guide and training, along with a change management plan and communications for all audiences.
